Carts and walking

Golf carts

Green fees include a shared cart with GPS. A cart to yourself costs extra, if available. Drivers must be 18 or older. Each cart has a cooler with ice and two bottles of water. Source

Practice

Driving range

Full-length range on grass all week in summer; in winter and spring, mats Monday to Wednesday and grass Thursday to Sunday. Opens 30 minutes before the first tee time; last bucket 30 minutes before sunset (3 PM on Tuesdays). Source

Range balls

Small bucket $7 (35 balls), large $15 (100 balls). Source

Short game

A chipping and bunker area and a large putting green. They stay open Tuesday afternoons when the range closes. Source

Rentals

Rental clubs

Up-to-date Callaway sets (woods, irons, putter) for men, women and left-handers, first come, first served. Pick 'Rental Special' when booking or call the golf shop. Everyone needs clubs to play. Source

The Grill @ Legacy: casual American food (burgers, salads) with a bar and patio, breakfast and lunch daily, 7 AM to 6 PM. Source

On-course restrooms between holes 5 and 6 and between 10 and 14. Source

Course rules

Dress code

Collared shirts (or golf mock necks) and tailored pants or shorts. No denim, gym wear or metal spikes. Golf attire is required on the range too. Source

Outside food and drink

No outside coolers, food or drinks. Buy drinks inside and stock the cart cooler. Source

Good to know

• Clark County residents book up to 10 days ahead and must show photo ID at check-in; visitors can book 180 days ahead. Source
• Prepay online and save 10%, but prepaid tee times can't be refunded. Otherwise cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Source
• Rates change with season, time of day and residency; see the online booking for current prices. Source
• Fall overseed: fairways and tees are overseeded with rye and greens with Poa trivialis each fall (the rough isn't, so it turns brown). The course is cart path only during the first week back after overseed. Source
• Target pace: 4 hours 15 minutes. Source
• Juniors 17 and under: half the paid adult rate after 12 PM with at least one paying adult (call to book). Youth on Course: $5 to walk, starting 1 hour after super twilight, same-day phone bookings only; $25 to ride. Source

Diamond Club annual pass

Unlimited golf Sunday to Thursday, a large basket of range balls a day, 14-day booking, 25% off regular-price apparel, USGA handicap and guest discounts. $5,500 single, $8,500 couple; pass ends Dec 31. Source

Legacy Ladies League

Plays every Monday with games and prizes. Start time changes with the season; call Daniel at 702-483-3595 to confirm or sign up. Source

Youth on Course (junior program)

$5 green fee to walk, starting 1 hour after super twilight; call the golf shop the day of play (online and advance bookings aren't honored). Valid YOC card required. $25 to ride. Source
